The Los Angeles Marathon Social Strategy

Challenge. The Los Angeles Marathon changed its course in 2023, to the frustration of local runners. As a result, the community has not rallied around the race as in past years and the unwavering loyalty has wavered.

My role. Social strategist & content creator. I built a content plan based on developing a stronger sense of community for this year’s race and iterations to come. It involves understanding the target audience and finding spaces where the race can pivot in content (if not course) to rebuild the relationship it has with the LA community. I also film, design, and edit content for posting.

Old Spice x The Witcher on IGN

Challenge. Use IGN’s social platforms to support and promote the partnership between Old Spice and Netflix’s The Witcher and eventize the show’s upcoming third season.

My role. Content strategy lead. Developed content concepts and wrote strategy proposal, presenting to agency clients.

Challenge. Step beyond IGN’s typical content to create lighthearted and entertaining custom content that tells its own story while aligning with the game’s narrative.

Challenge. Create IGN-forward content to reach a broad gaming base, strategically aligning with the Wendy’s LTO theme of picking two items to pair together for the deal.

My role. Content strategy lead. Developed content concepts and wrote strategy proposal.

Wizarding World Global Influencer Toolkit

Challenge. Create a comprehensive official guide for all global partners of the Wizarding World and Warner Bros. Consumer Products on how to develop and run an influencer marketing campaign according to company guidelines.

My role. Lead all efforts, writing strategies and ideating concepts. Worked with client on edits and with in-house designer on deck.

SoCal Trail

Challenge. Keep a trail running race management company relevant during the 2020-2021 era of COVID, when trail races were canceled or limited. The initial request was to develop a cohesive marketing strategy and run social media, but expanded to include virtual event creation and promotion, customer acquisition, and building creator relationships.

My role. Led all efforts, including: building strategy, ideating concepts, creating content, posting, and community management
